ZINTEK 200SL® PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Zintek 200SL® is areactive inorganic, zinc rich corrosion protective base containing Zinc and Aluminium flakes. The coating is applied by non-electrolytic spray and cured at 210-230˚C for 15-45 minutes to produce a lamellar structure, providing both a barrier effect and cathodic protection. Zintek200SL® may be used as a stand alone two coat application or as a base coat in combination with Techseal®, an Organic Top Coat.
TECHSEAL® PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Techseal® Silver is organic, water or solvent based, aluminium rich top coat with integrated lubricant for friction adjustment. The coating is applied again by spray application and cured at 180-220˚C for 10-40 minutes.
